By booking or participating in any Wild Crest activity or experience, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Wild Crest reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings whenever operational or safety conditions require it.

Some classified hiking trails in Madeira are subject to mandatory access fees, reservation systems, visitor limits, or other regulations established by the IFCN (Instituto das Florestas e Conservação da Natureza). Unless otherwise stated, these fees are not included in the activity price. Clients are responsible for reviewing the latest requirements before participating.

Prices may vary depending on the activity, season, group size, logistics, or customized requests. Certain activities may include additional external fees or taxes.

Cancellations should be communicated as early as possible. Refund eligibility may vary depending on timing, operational costs, and activity type.

No-shows or late arrivals may result in cancellation without refund.

Activities are subject to weather, environmental, and safety conditions. Wild Crest reserves the right to modify, postpone, relocate, or cancel activities whenever necessary.

Participant safety will always remain the top priority.

Participants must follow all guide instructions and safety rules throughout the experience.

Wild Crest reserves the right to refuse participation to anyone whose behavior, physical condition, equipment, or conduct may compromise safety.

Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically capable of joining the selected activity.

Any relevant medical conditions, injuries, or limitations should be communicated before the activity begins.

Guides have full authority during activities regarding safety decisions, route adjustments, weather assessments, and operational management.

Unsafe, disrespectful, or dangerous behavior may result in removal from the activity without refund.

Outdoor and adventure activities naturally involve physical effort and environmental risks.

By participating, guests acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with outdoor experiences.

Wild Crest cannot be held responsible for incidents resulting from failure to follow instructions, inappropriate behavior, undisclosed medical conditions, or circumstances beyond reasonable operational control.

Photos and videos may occasionally be captured during activities for promotional, marketing, website, and social media purposes.

Whenever applicable, participant consent will be requested before the activity. Guests may request not to appear in promotional content.

Some experiences may be operated in collaboration with trusted local partners or external service providers.

Wild Crest works only with partners considered suitable for operational and safety standards relevant to the activity.

Wild Crest cannot be held responsible for cancellations, delays, route changes, or operational disruptions caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, wildfires, landslides, governmental restrictions, or environmental hazards.
